Fake Voltz Capture the Flag server

As many of you have noticed there are now two Voltz CTF servers. One of them is fake. Below are the real and fake IP's

The fake Voltz CTF server:
71.203.143.204.7756

The REAL Voltz Capture the Flag server:
174.121.131.91:5851

The person behind this is Maelstrom. He isn't allowed on our server because of all the crap he has started. Any rcon holder is allowed to ban him. Just make sure it's him.

Lol y'all don't do a very good job of banning hes on your server most every day.

He changes his IP. Feel free to ban him.

LOL that would be hard for me to do without rcon.
But from what I have seen his IP doesn't change all that much should be easy to range ban him. "71.203.*"
Should keep him out & not effect any other players too.

LOL corection his IP has made a big change it's now in 67.191.* range good luck keeping him out.
But I think that hes on someone elses PC not a proxy IP the ping is too good I think & also he has been known to use an IP close to that in the past.
